The website is owned, managed and operated by Monarch. Where the terms "we", "us" or "our" are used in these terms and conditions this means Monarch or a specific Monarch Group company as the context dictates and where the terms "you" or "your" are used this means you.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, as amended from time to time, any information you provide will be safeguarded and controlled by us as Data Controller. These details may include, where applicable, your name and address, company name, contact details such as telephone numbers and email address. If any other personal details are required, we will of course tell you.
